Our company is making new High Density organic olive plantations, and is offering the possibility of investing in it. The investment consists of the purchase of the land and the plantation. The operation of the plantation will be carried out by Alboris Mancha during 20 years...

It is a very safe investment and profitable, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of over 9%.

Alboris Mancha has the experience and know-how to develop and operate these plantations, that also have external production insurances. Olive trees have been cultivated in Spain since the Roman Age, and nowadays have increased their profitability due to the worldwide demand of the Spanish "liquid gold".

The investment is divided into packages of 15,000 € each. That investment means the ownership of 10,000 sqm and the olive plantation on it.

We have also negotiated with local Banks the possibility of financing the investment.
